Natural gas stocks at Ukraine’s underground storage facilities after the completion of the 2015/2016 heating season have increased by 16.7%, or 1.4 billion cubic meters (bcm).
While on April 6, 8.43 billion cubic meters of gas were in the underground storage facilities, on July 9, gas stocks amounted to 9.84 bcm (down by 19.4% YoY).
On July 9 gas was pumped to the underground storage facilities with the daily pace of 23.73 million cubic meters and on July 9, 2015 – 26.18 million cubic meters.
On July 9 imports of natural gas was only from Slovakia and Hungary in small volumes – 1.45 million cubic meters a day. No gas was imported from Poland and Russia. (Interfax/Business World Magazine)
