The audited profit of Boryspil International Airport (Kyiv) after taxation under international financial reporting standards (IFRS) in 2015 amounted to 540.2 million UAH, the press service of the airport has said.
According to the source, the airport passed an audit under international standards for 2013-2015 held by BDO.
“In accordance with international financial reporting standards, in 2015 the state enterprise for the first time in three years became profitable, obtaining more than 700 million UAH of profit. The profit of Boryspil airport after taxation under IFRS in 2015 amounted to 540.2 million UAH, whereas in 2014 it recorded a loss of 513.3 million UAH, and in 2013 a loss of 77.4 million UAH”, the press service said.
According to the airport’s annual financial statements under Ukrainian accounting standards, posted in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, the net profit of the airport in 2015 amounted to 696.46 million UAH, while net loss in 2014 was 226.818 million UAH.
