The Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB) and the Brazilian Rural Society (Sociedade Rural Brasileira, SRB) have signed a memorandum of cooperation during the VII International Conference ‘Large Farm Management’.
“Ukraine and Brazil are very similar countries in terms of a starting point in agriculture development. Prior to becoming a strong agricultural country, Brazil had the same challenges as Ukraine. We decided to sign a memorandum to confirm our intents. We would like to share experience in management and reforming. Joint events and visits are scheduled within the framework of cooperation”, UCAB CEO Alex Lissitsa said.
According to him, the main purpose of such cooperation is to exchange experience between the two associations and jointly resolve issues related to economic interaction between Ukrainian and Brazilian agribusiness entities.
SRB President Gustavo Junqueira stressed that cooperation between the parties would include, first and foremost, the exchange of knowledge, best practices and innovative technologies. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
