Last week, under the eOselia affordable loan program, Ukrainians received 172 new loans worth UAH 365.3 million.
Of these, loans at 3% were received by:
– 41 military personnel and representatives of the security sector;
– 30 veterans;
– 5 teachers;
– 4 doctors;
– 1 scientist.
Loans at 7% were received by:
– 56 Ukrainians without their own housing;
– 35 IDPs.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, 5,763 Ukrainians have used the eOselia program and received preferential mortgages worth UAH 11.4 billion.
The largest number of loans under the program was provided in Kyiv region – 69, Kyiv city – 17, Lviv region – 14.
By type of property: 114 Ukrainians received loans for first-time housing, of which 69 properties were under construction. Another 58 loans were issued for the purchase of housing on the secondary market. (Economy Ministry)
