Over the past week, entrepreneurs issued 844 new loans for UAH 3.85 billion within the framework of the state initiative “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%. The program is a component of the “Made in Ukraine” manufacturer development policy.
The largest increase in the amount of loans issued fell on lending to the processing industry – plus UAH 1.34 billion per week. This is 34.8% of all new loans issued under the program during this period.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, businesses have attracted 16,400 loans worth UAH 71.6 billion under the program. The largest volumes of lending are:
– Enterprises in high war risk zones – UAH 24 billion;
– Processing industry – UAH 19.8 billion;
– Investment projects – UAH 10.9 billion.
Since the start of the program in February 2020, entrepreneurs have received 150,900 loans worth UAH 531.6 billion. Of these, 116,000 loans worth UAH 441.9 billion were received during martial law.
The top ten in terms of the number of loans taken include four regions belonging to high war risk zones: Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv, and Kharkiv regions.
The largest volumes of lending were attracted by enterprises in the agricultural sector, wholesale and retail trade, and processing industry.
