During the past working week, fuel prices increased in the Baltic capitals, with the only exception being the price of diesel fuel in Riga, which remained unchanged, according to data compiled by the LETA news agency.
At the end of last week, the highest gasoline price was recorded in Tallinn, followed by Riga and Vilnius. In contrast, diesel fuel was most expensive in Vilnius, followed by Riga, while the lowest diesel price was observed in Tallinn.
In Riga, at the Circle K fuel station on Krasta Street, the price of 95-octane gasoline rose by 1.4% compared to the previous Friday – reaching EUR 1.484 per liter.
The price of diesel fuel remained unchanged at EUR 1.464 per liter.
In Vilnius, at the Circle K station on Savanoriu Avenue, 95-octane gasoline cost EUR 1.479 per liter, an increase of 1.4% over the previous week, while the price of diesel fuel rose by 2%, to EUR 1.549 per liter on Friday.
In Tallinn, Circle K stations raised the price of 95-octane gasoline by 1.3% over the week, reaching EUR 1.519 per liter on Friday. Diesel fuel cost EUR 1.419 per liter, an increase of 2.9% compared to the previous week.
The price of autogas in Riga and Vilnius remained unchanged over the week – at EUR 0.825 per liter and EUR 0.709 per liter, respectively. In Tallinn, however, the price of autogas fell by 0.6%, to EUR 0.894 per liter. (BNN)
