Poland’s flag carrier, PLL LOT, carried 634,104 passengers in February, the company announced on March 21.
“In February, PLL LOT had regularity (on-time performance) at the level of 99.3%,” the airline wrote on Twitter. “On board were hosted 634,104 passengers.”
The airline flew 6,690 flights last month.
In January, LOT carried 645,049 passengers flying on 7,385 connections, while in the whole of last year the carrier transported 8 million people on more than 85,000 flights.
PLL LOT’s main shareholder is the State Treasury, which holds 69.3% of shares in the company while the Polish Aviation Group (PGL) holds 30.7%. PGL is 100% owned by the State Treasury. (PAP/Business World Magazine)
