Poland’s retail sales decreased in real terms by 0.3% YoY and by 23.1% MoM in January, the Central Statistical Office said on February 21.
Economists polled by PAP expected January’s retail sales to grow in real terms by 0.8% YoY and to fall by 22.3% MoM.
In current prices, retail sales increased by 15.1% YoY in January against an 16.4% expected rise. (PAP/Business World Magazine)
