President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu had a meeting with representatives of the investor groups DFC (USA), Swedfund (Sweden), Proparco (France) and Finnfund (Finland), invited by Horizon Capital.
According to the presidential press service, the officials approached the investment and business opportunities offered by the market.
Maia Sandu noted that Moldova wanted to build a strong and resilient economy and was firmly committed to carrying out reforms that would improve the business environment. The president encouraged businessmen to invest in Moldova, especially in energy production and storage, agriculture with high added value, logistics infrastructure and the information technology sector.
