In recent months, the Government has provided the regions with about UAH 5 billion for the reconstruction of infrastructure damaged during military operations.
“An additional UAH 300 million was allocated for the reconstruction of Kharkiv city and Kharkiv region and 37 million UAH was allocated for the reconstruction of Kyiv city. In general, in recent months, the Government has provided the regions with about 5 billion hryvnias for the reconstruction of war-damaged infrastructure,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal posted on Facebook.
He noted that the Recovery program had already been launched as part of the Energy Efficiency Fund’s activity, which would make it possible to direct its funds to the reconstruction of damaged residential buildings. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
