The Ukrainian Ministry of Finance raised UAH 66 million to the state budget at an auction for the placement of domestic government bonds, according to the ministry’s press service.
“On February 15, at auctions for the placement of domestic government bonds, the Finance Ministry offered investors two issues of securities in the national currency. The term of circulation of the offered government bonds is 6 months and 1 year. The average weighted yield of 6-month bonds was 11.60% and 1-year bonds – 11.93%. As a result, UAH 66 million was attracted to the state budget,” the report says. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
