Uzbekistan’s State Asset Management Agency (SAMA) intends to sell 99.7% in the share capital of JSC Kokand Biohim, the country’s largest producer of ethyl alcohol. The leading consultant for this transaction is the international company Deloitte.
Founded in 1993, JSC Kokand Biohim produces 4,020 thousand dekaliters per year.
Along with the production of alcohol, the company has recently launched the gluten production line with a capacity of up to 5.36 thousand per year to increase its production, the press service of SAMA reports. (Uzreport/Business World Magazine)
