In the banking sector of Ukraine, the share of non-performing loans (NPL) as of December 1, 2021 decreased to 30.7% against 32.7% as of November 1, 2021, the National Bank’s press service reported.
Since early 2021, the share of NPLs has decreased by 10.3% (UAH 73.8 billion in absolute terms), being observed in banks of all groups.
According to the National Bank, the share of non-performing loans (NPLs) in Ukrainian banks decreased from 48.4% as of January 1, 2020 to 41% as of January 1, 2021. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
