Uzbekistan, over the past seven months of this year, sold 224 kg of silver through the Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange. The exchange also noted the expansion of entrepreneurs’ access to such goods as polyvinyl chloride, formalin, ethyl alcohol, oil and gas condensate.
Some 797.3 thousand decaliters of ethyl alcohol, 12.6 thousand tons of polyvinyl chloride, 1,225 tons of formalin and 224 kilograms of silver were sold on the exchange in the reporting period.
Together with Uzbekneftegaz, a list of producers with licenses and certificates of conformity for the sale of oil and gas condensate through exchange trading has been formed.
Following the results of 7 months of 2021, the total volume of transactions concluded on all trading platforms of the Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange increased by 46.7% to about $4.3 billion. (Uzreport/Business World Magazine)
