Since the beginning of 2021, UAH 112.4 million has been transferred to the accounts of insolvent banks, including UAH 91.3 million in February, according to the press service of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine.
The largest funds came from redemption of securities – UAH 48.7 million (JSC Misto Bank), from the sale of assets through e-auctions under open and transparent procedure – UAH 14.5 million.
In addition, in February, from the repayment of loans, insolvent banks received UAH 26.9 million, of which the largest amount of revenues came to JSCB Arcada (UAH 9.0 million) and PJSC CB Premium (8.6 million UAH). Banks managed by the Fund received UAH 1.2 million from the lease of property.
In total, since the start of 2021, insolvent banks received UAH 112.4 million, including UAH 19.5 million from the sale of assets, UAH 41.8 million from repayment of loans, UAH 2.3 million from property lease and UAH 48.7 million from redemption of securities. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
