The renovated Dnipro International Airport will become another step by the state towards a civilized and comfortable public life, the President’s Office has reported on Facebook.
“The construction of a modern airport in Dnipro has begun. You will soon see a new 3.2 km runway, which will be equipped with modern navigation systems, weather and light-signaling equipment. The necessary funding for the implementation of this project in the amount of UAH 2 billion should be included into the state budget for next year,” the report says.
At the same time, the construction of new passenger and VIP terminals began using the funds of a private investor. In addition, a tender was announced to select a general contractor for the construction of a new airfield complex. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
