In January-March, the amount of private money transfers through traditional and unofficial channels to Ukraine made up more than $2.9 billion, and from Ukraine – almost $154 million, according to data published by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on Facebook.
In particular, $106 million in equivalent was sent from Ukraine through money transfer systems.
The largest amount of funds over the reporting period came to Ukraine from the United States, Israel, Russia and Poland. Most of the funds from Ukraine were sent to Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, USA and Turkey. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
