In January-March, 20.3 thousand new passenger cars were registered in Ukraine, up by 11% YoY, according to the Ukrainian Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association, UkrAutoProm.
At the same time, the number of new passenger cars registered in March decreased by 15%, to 6,244 units.
In March, Renault cars had the largest demand, with 1,222 cars registered. Its share on the market of new passenger cars grew by 20%.
The second in terms of sales was Japan’s Toyota with 661 cars sold, down by 21%.
KIA ranked third. It sold 576 cars in March, down by 19%. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
