According to preliminary estimates, in 2019, the profit of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) amounted to UAH 2.5-3 billion, Ukrzaliznytsia Board Chairman Yevhen Kravtsov declared.
“According to preliminary estimates, over the past year, JSC Ukrzaliznytsia generated UAH 2.5-3 billion in profit. Only NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy earns more than us,” Kravtsov said.
He noted that the company was operating stably, but Ukrzaliznytsia needed large investments in order to improve the quality of services. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
