The living wage in Ukraine grew by UAH 77, to UAH 1,777 from July 1. This is envisaged in the Law of Ukraine on National Budget for 2018.
“Set the living wage from January 1 at UAH 1,700 per person per month, from July 1 – at UAH 1,777, and from December 1 – at UAH 1,853,” reads the document.
The living wage for children under the age of 6 years from July 1 grew by UAH 67, to UAH 1,559, for children aged 6 to 18 years – by UAH 84, to UAH 1,944, for able-bodied persons – by UAH 79, to UAH 1,841, and for persons who lost the ability to work – by UAH 62, to UAH 1,435.
