Production of vodka of an alcoholic strength by volume of 45.4% in Ukraine in January-April fell by 20.2% YoY, to 3.7 million deciliters, and brandy output dropped by 9.6%, to 591,000 decaliters.
Vodka production in April was 1 million decaliters, up by 4.4% MoM and by 50.1% YoY, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine said.
Brandy production in April was 591,000 decaliters, down by 10.7% MoM and by 2.7% YoY.
Production of liqueurs and other alcoholic beverages in Ukraine in January-April increased by 17.3% YoY, to 2.1 million decaliters. In April production of liqueurs and other spirits amounted to 558,000 decaliters, up by 14.6% MoM, but down by 3.6% YoY.
