Ukraine’s large and medium-sized plants produced 8.7 thousand tons of mayonnaise in February, up by 3% MoM (8.5 thousand tons) and by 5% YoY (8.3 thousand tons).
Mayonnaise output in January-February grew by 7% YoY, to 17.2 thousand tons.
Mayonnaise production has been staying stable at 124-126 thousand tons since three years ago. That is good in view of its previous decrease from 183.5 thousand tons in 2007 to 126 thousand tons in 2015. (UkrAgroConsult/Business World Magazine)
