In November 2017 mayonnaise production by Ukrainian large and medium-sized plants was at the previous year’s level (12.4 KMT), but 12.7% lower than in October 2017 (11 KMT).
Overall, mayonnaise production in 2017 has been fluctuating around the previous year’s level. Thus, Ukraine’s fat-and-oil industry produced 111.6 KMT in January-November 2017, down by 0.5% YoY.
Taking into account the seasonal pattern of mayonnaise production and its growth ahead of the New Year, the final volume of 2017 output will be at 124-124.5 KMT. (UkrAgroConsult/Business World Magazine)
