PJSC Severodonetsk Azot (Luhansk region) has resumed production of ammonium nitrate, the company’s website reports.
“We have renewed work on the entire technological chain – from accepting ammonia to obtaining mineral fertilizers. And we’ve renewed the work of power units and two technological departments: production of nitric acid and production of ammonium nitrate. The mineral fertilizers produced will be supplied to domestic farmers,” the press service said with reference to Severodonetsk Azot chairman Leonid Buhayev.
In November the company plans to produce 51,000 tons of ammonium nitrate.
As reported, in June Ostchem Group announced the resumption of work at its three plants, including Severodonetsk Azot.

It includes nitrogen fertilizer production enterprises: PJSC Azot (Cherkasy), PJSC Rivneazot, PJSC Severodonetsk Azot (Luhansk region), and PJSC Stirol Concern (Donetsk region).
