Ukraine reduced imports of natural gas from Slovakia in early October compared to the average daily volumes in the end of the previous month, according to Slovakia’s gas operator Eustream.
In particular, as of October 1, the import of natural gas from Slovakia, which accounts for about 80% of Ukraine’s hydrocarbon imports from the EU, declined by 44% compared to September 30, from 26.011 million cubic meters to 14.682 million. (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
