Ukraine’s seaports handled 4.22 MMT of vegoils in January-November, up by 16.9% YoY (3.61 MMT). The greatest handling volumes were accounted for by the following ports: Mykolaiv (1.78 MMT), Chornomorsk (1.19 MMT), Yuzhny (0.94 MMT), Odessa (0.11 MMT) and Mariupol (0.07 MMT).
Ukraine’s ports handled 34.986 MMT of grains in January-November, up by 6.3% YoY (32.920 MMT). The greatest amounts of grains were transshipped by the following ports: Mykolaiv (8.1 MMT), Odessa (7.5 MMT), Yuzhny (7.2 MMT), Chornomorsk (6.8 MMT), and Olvia (2.5 MMT).
Additionally, the seaports in the above-mentioned period handled 92.39 KMT of sugar (none last year) and 33.59 KMT of fertilizers (down by 26.1%). (UkrAgroConsult/Business World Magazine)
