Employees of the state-run enterprise Zorya-Mashproekt (Mykolaiv) have sent an open letter to Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman asking him to personally control the signing of contracts with the winners of the tender of public joint-stock company Ukrtransgaz to modernize three compressor stations in Ukraine valued at 4.12 million UAH by the due date.
“The tender was absolutely transparent in line with Ukrainian legislation. The ProZorro procurement system accepted the results of the tenders. Despite all circumstances, the contract has not yet been signed. Due to reasons we do not know the signing of the contract has been postponed”, the press service said. “This week the term of signing will expire. The employees of Zorya-Mashproekt ask you to take the situation under personal control”. (Interfax/Business World Magazine)
