The Belarusian Potash Company (BPC) says it has opened an affiliated company in Ukraine.
BPC’s Agrorozkvit (literally stands for AgroRenaissance) started operating in Ukraine in October.
BPC refers to Ukraine as a country with developed agriculture and hopes to ensure maximum coverage of the country’s potash market with the help of Agrorozkvit led by Dmitry Kharitonchik, one of BPC’s leading salesmen.
BPC controlled 19.3% of the global potash market in 2015, with Belarusian potassium chloride exported to more than 100 countries.
OAO Belarusian Potash Company was created in conformity with ordinance No. 399 signed by Belarus’ President Alexander Lukashenko on September 5, 2013. Empowered to coordinate Belarus’ export of potash fertilizers, the new company was granted the exclusive right to export mineral or chemical fertilizers.
BPC has regional dealerships in Delhi, Beijing, Singapore and Sao Paulo. BPC facilitates potash exports to Europe, India, China, Central and South America, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. (Prime-TASS/Business World Magazine)
