In Bashkiria the new vegoil extracting plant is being built with crushing capacity of 1.2 KMT of sunseed per day.
Currently the first construction stage has been completed with vegoil press section having the capacity of 350 tons of raw material. The section will be able to produce 47.5 KMT of non-refined vegoil and 50 KMT of cake a year.
The second construction stage presumes construction of extracting section, which will allow the plant to reach its production capacity. The works are expected to be completed in 2017.
Moreover, during the construction, setting up of logistics company and a new silo with sunseed storage capacity (65 KMT) is planned. (UkrAgroConsult/Business World Magazine)
