Ukrainian agricultural companies anticipate that production in the third quarter of 2016 will grow QoQ.
According to the State Statistics Service, 70% of agricultural companies out of 847 polled expect their output to grow. Some 23% of respondents do not project any changes in production and 6% expect a fall in their output.
Some 28% of respondents anticipate that prices of products will grow, 25% believe that the prices would fall, while 47% of respondents said the prices would not change in the third quarter.
Some 24% of respondents said that the number of employees would increase, 4% – would decrease, and 72% plan to keep the same number of employees.
According to the State Statistics Service, 66% of enterprises assess ending stocks of ready products as enough, 14% as low and 1% as large. Some 19% of companies do not have ready products stocks. (Interfax/Business World Magazine)
