Over the past week, within the framework of the state program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%”, representatives of micro, small and medium-sized businesses received 606 preferential loans from 48 authorized banks for a total amount of UAH 2.2 billion, of which from state-owned banks – 419 loans for UAH 1 billion.
Since the beginning of 2026, under the “5-7-9%” Program, entrepreneurs have received 25,743 loans for UAH 114.7 billion, of which from state-owned banks – 17,167 loans for UAH 52.9 billion
During the martial law period in Ukraine, 125,905 loans for UAH 487.3 billion were issued (including state-owned banks – 89,434 loans for UAH 238.1 billion), of which as of August 31:
– UAH 74.61 billion – for investment purposes;
– UAH 91.08 billion – for financing working capital;
– UAH 57.85 billion – loans for agricultural producers;
– UAH 86.68 billion – for processing agricultural products;
– UAH 10.53 billion – for financing energy services;
– UAH 56.81 billion – for anti-war purposes;
– UAH 95.25 billion – lending in the zone of high military risk.
In total, since the start of the program, 160,727 loan agreements have been signed for UAH 576.9 billion, of which 109,910 agreements for UAH 264.8 billion were signed by state-owned banks. (Finance Ministry)
