299 billion hryvnias of income were declared by citizens of Ukraine for 2025. In total, almost 176 thousand declarations of property and income were submitted. This is 103% compared to last year’s campaign. This was reported on her Facebook page by the Acting Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, Lesya Karnaukh.
The most active, compared to last year, were residents of the following regions:
– Rivne region (+10%);
– Mykolaiv region (+8%);
– Volyn region (+7%);
– Odesa region (+6%);
– Kyiv (+6%).
According to the results of the declaration, citizens independently determined the following to be paid:
– UAH 5.7 billion in personal income tax;
– UAH 2.5 billion in military levy.
“Those who received foreign income actively joined the campaign. In total, 12.7 thousand taxpayers declared such income. By the way, compared to last year, their number increased by 3.4 thousand people. The amount of declared foreign income is UAH 20.7 billion,” said the head of the State Tax Service.
According to the results of the declaration of foreign income, citizens independently determined the following to be paid:
– UAH 2.4 billion in personal income tax;
– UAH 1.0 billion in military levy.
“The State Tax Service is actively working on qualitative changes in the culture of voluntary tax payment in Ukraine. We are also improving services for this – on the eve of the Ministry of Digital Economy launched the submission of declarations and obtaining a tax discount in the Action. Because it is about our ability to ensure the country’s defense capability, support social programs, and pay salaries and pensions.
