Future plans, including the possibility of starting the construction of the Kempinski hotel in Georgia, were discussed on March 7 by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Bernold Schroeder, the Chief Executive Officer of the Kempinski Group.
At the meeting as part of his official visit to Germany, Garibashvili emphasised the investment opportunities and “favourable” business environment in Georgia, while also highlighting the diverse tourism capabilities of the country.
The Head of the Government said that Georgia hosted about 5.5 million international visitors in 2022 and as he noted until 2024 the number would return to the pre-pandemic mark of 9.4 million, the Government Administration said. (Agenda/Business World Magazine)
