Western Georgia’s Kutaisi International Airport recorded its record-high passenger flow last month, with 111,556 travelers passing through it in August, the Director of the United Airports of Georgia reported.
The figure marked a 27% increase compared to the same period of 2019, Tamar Archuadze added.
Archuadze also said the number of flights at the airport had increased in August by 64% (450 flights) compared to 2019 (274 flights).
Six airline companies are operating flights between 28 destinations from the airport. (Agenda/Business World Magazine)
