Poland’s retail sales increased in real terms by 8.2% YoY, but fell by 1.7% MoM in May, the Central Statistical Office said on June 22.
Economists expected May’s retail sales to grow in real terms by 8.1% YoY and drop by 0.1% MoM.
In current prices, retail sales increased by 23.6% YoY in May against a 22.9% expected rise. (The First News/Business World Magazine)
