Georgia’s external trade turnover amounted to $882.4 million in January, up by 5.7% YoY, showed data from the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).
The value of exports increased by 10% and reached $262.6 million, while imports increased by 3.9%, amounting to $619.7 million.
The trade deficit of Georgia in January amounted to $357.1 million, which was 40.5% of total trade turnover. (Agenda/Business World Magazine)
