In January-May, single contribution revenues for mandatory state social insurance amounted to 301.7 billion hryvnia. This is 44.4 billion hryvnia more than in the same period last year.
In the first five months of 2025, the budget received 257.3 billion hryvnia of single contribution. Thus, this year’s figure increased by 17.3%.
The single contribution is one of the main sources of financing the social insurance system. It is on its payment that the formation of the insurance period, which gives the right to a pension, sick leave, unemployment benefits, and other social benefits, depends. (State Tax Service)
