The State Tax Service is actively developing a service approach in working with payers. To help identify and eliminate possible risks in a timely manner, in less than a year, the State Tax Service has sent payers more than 40 thousand information messages.
All of them are sent through the Payer’s Electronic Cabinet. This mechanism began to be used in the second half of 2025: instead of immediately applying checks, the State Tax Service first warns and offers to independently check the situation.
The messages are exclusively informational in nature. The tax service draws the attention of businesses to possible inconsistencies and helps to avoid future violations and sanctions.
In particular, the State Tax Service messages may relate to:
– Making payments exclusively in non-cash form;
– Low turnover – less than 20 thousand UAH, which may indicate a discrepancy with the actual costs of doing business in modern conditions;
– The number of active RROs / PRROs exceeds the number of officially employed employees in business entities.
Some entrepreneurs are already responding to the received messages: providing explanations and clarifying information.
The response of business entities to the message is not mandatory, but timely analysis of the situation will help avoid problems in the future. (State Tax Service)
