Some 4,000 Ukrainians have benefitted from the eOselia affordable mortgage programme in 2025. The total amount of preferential loans for housing made up UAH 7.3 billion.
Over the past week, 146 loans worth UAH 277 million have been issued, including loans with a 3% interest rate:
– 55 servicemen and representatives of the security sector;
– 9 doctors;
– 3 teachers;
– 5 scientists.
Loans at 7% were granted to:
– 60 Ukrainians without their own housing;
– 11 IDPs;
– 3 veterans.
During this period, the largest amount of loans was provided in Kyiv region (46) and the city of Kyiv (19), Lviv region (13) and Ivano-Frankivsk region (13).
By property type, 91 Ukrainians received loans for first sale housing, of which 20 were objects under construction, and 55 loans were issued for housing on the secondary market.
Since the start of the program in October 2022, 18,840 loans worth over UAH 31.4 billion have been issued. (Government portal)
