Poland’s retail sales increased by 2.8% YoY and by 3.2% MoM in real terms in October, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) reported on November 22.
Analysts surveyed by PAP were betting on a 1.7% annual increase and a 2% monthly rise in real terms in October.
At current prices, Polish retail sales went up by 4.8% YoY in October versus the 4.9% growth expected. (PAP/Business World Magazine)
