Poland’s prime minister said that at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, he held meetings with the CEOs of major tech companies, thanks to which the latest technology and new investments would come to Poland.
“Such big investments for the future were confirmed by me,” Morawiecki said.
Mateusz Morawiecki said during a visit to the Siltec company in Pruszkow near Warsaw on May 25 that during his time in Davos he had held meetings with more than 20 presidents of some of the world’s largest companies, including Dell, Google, Intel, Honeywell, AstraZeneca and TikTok.
“I am convinced that they (the meetings) will bear fruit by attracting the latest technologies, like those here at Siltec, and similar technologies, which will result in Polish workers, Polish engineers, designers finding work and will mean Poland moves further up the ladder of technologically advanced countries,” Morawiecki said.
