In January, Ukraine manufactured 604 vehicles, down by 29% YoY, according to the Ukrainian Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association (UkrAutoProm).
In particular, Ukrainian enterprises manufactured 576 cars, down by 24%. Some 251 cars were produced by ZAO Eurocar and 325 cars by PJSC Zaporizhzhia Automobile Building Plant (ZAZ).
Ukraine manufactured four commercial vehicles in January, down 2-fold. All commercial vehicles were assembled at JSC Cherkasy Bus.
Ukraine’s production of buses also decreased in January, to 24 units, or by 58%. PJSC Cherkasy Autobus manufactured 15 buses, PJSC Zaporizhzhia Automobile Building Plant (ZAZ) – 8 buses and Chasiv Yar Bus Plant – 1 bus. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
