The average nominal wage of a full-time employee grew by 12.5% in Ukraine in January 2020 against December 2019, while rising by 16.3% YoY, to UAH 10,727, or $437.
Real wages in Ukraine in January increased by 12.7% MoM and by 12.5% YoY, the State Statistics Service reported.
The average nominal rate of a full-time employee in Ukraine in January was 2.3 times more than the minimum wage set at UAH 4,723 ($192).
The average pay in the city of Kyiv in January was UAH 15,787 ($643), the report said. (UNIAN/Business World Magazine)
