Ukraine: Defense Ministry signs cooperation plan with France for 2017
Ukraine and France have signed a plan of bilateral cooperation for 2017 between the Defense Ministry and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces Staff of the French Republic.
