Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Florian Escudie, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Armenia, and discussed issues related to current programs and upcoming projects.
The Armenian prime minister congratulated the diplomat on assuming office and wished him success in his work. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the importance of further developing and expanding the strategic relations established between Armenia and France.
Florian Escudie thanked Pashinyan for the warm welcome and stressed that he would make every effort to consistently strengthen multifaceted cooperation between Armenia and France.
During the meeting, the two parties exchanged views on developing economic relations and implementing joint programs in infrastructure, water resources management and other areas.
The parties also discussed the course of Armenia-European Union cooperation and other issues of regional significance. (Panam)
