In 2025, the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) directed over 4 billion UAH to the state budget of Ukraine. Of this amount, 2.3 billion UAH was transferred to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression – an important tool for the restoration of affected territories and support for citizens who became victims of war crimes.
This was announced by the Head of ARMA Olena Duma during a lecture for students of the State University of Trade and Economics on the topic: “ARMA: Legal and organizational aspects of ARMA activities in the context of ensuring national security”.
“Today, every hryvnia raised through ARMA mechanisms works to restore the country, support citizens and ensure justice. “We continue to effectively implement our main task – to return assets that were illegally withdrawn, stolen or hidden, for the benefit of the state and society,” said Olena Duma.
