According to the press service of the company, this decision of the court of first instance has not entered into legal force and is subject to appeal as unlawful, while all the management authorities of the company continue to function as normal in accordance with the statutory documents.
“We responsibly declare: we are fulfilling and will fulfill our obligations to customers concerning transportation of passengers, cargo and baggage, as well as all duties for servicing aircraft, ensuring aviation security, and interaction with state and international organizations,” the press service said.
At the same time, the Dniproavia administration said the information released by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko in Facebook about the court decision almost led to a halt in the company’s work, as its partners and counterparties had begun announcing their intention to suspend work with it.
